Claims and Returns

Warranty & Claims Handling

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at reklamation@strands.se. Include the following details for efficient processing:

  • Article number
  • Batch number
  • Invoice number (from Strands)
  • Clear description of the issue
  • Photo showing the defect

Once received, we will issue a case number which must be used in all future communication.

Note: Claims without a valid case number will not be processed.

Right of Withdrawal for B2B Purchases

The right of withdrawal under the Distance and Consumer Contracts Act does not apply to B2B transactions. Orders placed by companies are binding unless otherwise agreed in writing.

However, we strive for a solution-oriented and flexible approach. If an issue arises or your situation changes, please contact us as early as possible. In many cases, we may be able to find a suitable solution.

Return & Compensation Level

If a return is approved, the following compensation levels apply based on the purchase date:

  • 0–6 months: 80% of purchase price refunded
  • 6–12 months: 60% of purchase price refunded
  • 12 months or more: No compensation

To be eligible for compensation, the following must apply:

  • The product must be in its original packaging, complete with all accessories (e.g. brackets, screws, manuals)
  • The packaging must be unopened, undamaged, and unmarked (no labels, tape, or markings)

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be compensated.

Regarding shipment of returns, Strands will not cover any costs related to returning goods, the customer pays all additional cost related to sending the goods back to Strands warehouse. This could be freight, customs fee, e.g.
