App Data Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your Strands PXP & Strands Lighting Division App account and the data associated with it, send a deletion request to [email protected].

Please send your request from the email address registered to the account so that we can verify your identity. We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Deleting your account removes:

  • Your user account and email address
  • Your access to any vehicle installation
  • All saved vehicle light configurations belonging solely to your account

Where a vehicle installation is shared with other users, your access is removed while the installation remains available to the remaining members. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
