You always get a 3- to 5-year warranty on all SLD (Strands Lighting Division) products. For other products, the individual product’s warranty period applies. The warranty applies to manufacturing defects resulting from an incorrect manufacturing process, material defect, or design defect. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, external influences, incorrect assembly, or use of the product for which it is not intended. Please note that parts of the product may need to be replaced within 5 years due to normal wear and tear. The guarantee is valid for 5 years from the time of purchase and cannot be transferred. The warranty applies between Strands Group AB and its corporate customer or reseller and must be validated with an invoice for the original purchase. For the end customer, the warranty applies in relation to Strands’ corporate customer or reseller, and any warranty claims must be made directly to them.
